Late Payment and Compensation Demands

Through this site you can produce Solicitors letters which will calculate
how much interest and compensation you are entitled to.

Simply enter the debtor details and the system will immediately generate your letter. Finally you print and post your letter whilst we email a copy to your debtor.

Example:
If you have an invoice for £1000 that fell due for payment 60
days ago you will be  entitled to claim £70 late payment compensation and £21.37 late payment interest meaning that the total amount
due to you is £1091.37.

Please note that you may only use this facility where your invoice is dated after 7th August 2002 and where your terms and conditions do not provide for interest.
