The letter library
There are three catagories of letters in the library:
- LBA – Standard letters before action
- Late Payment Demands – These letters allow you to charge interest and compensation under the The Late Payment of Commercial Debt Regulations 2002
- Series letters – There are three letters in the series ranging from a polite reminder to a final warning.
