Produce your own late invoices debt recovery letters

Online Letter Credits

Letters are purchased in volume blocks of 10, 50 or 100. For example if you would like to buy 100 credits then you are a bulk user and will not only receive a 25% discount on the standard user rate but also a further 10 FREE letter credits.

Letter credits enable you to use any letter in the library and will remain credited to your account until used. There is NO time limit on when you can use your purchased credits.

Letter credits include a choice of any letters from the letter library. We will produce and forward the completed letter to you by email, and we will also send a copy of the letter to the debtor via email.

Payment Methods

We prefer our clients to make payment for their letter credits by debit or credit card via our secure on line payment facility. However for bulk users (over 100 credits) we are happy to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

Court Proceedings

County Court claims are issued through the Bulk Centre in Northampton. This allows us to offer you significantly reduced court fees and immediate issue of proceedings.

ALL of your costs are recoverable from the debtor on successful legal actions!

Default Judgment

We charge a flat fee of £20.00 for entering Judgment in default. In all cases this is less than the amount which can be recovered from the debtor.

Enforcement

Instructing High Court Enforcement Officer
(Where you ask us to enforce a Judgment for an amount in excess of £600 we would recommend that the High Court Enforcement Officer (Sheriff) be instructed).
